On September 20, 2014 solidarity screening of film "GAAMER" by Ukrainian filmmaker Oleg Sentsov was performed in San Francisco Main Library  - local information and cultural center -  in his support.

In his foreword to the audience Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco Sergiy Aloshyn acquainted participants with the nature of the criminal cases of the illigelly detained Oleg Sentsov and Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko, opened by the FSB of Russia and briefly informed about the film and its main message.
