On May 17, 2018 the Consul General of Ukraine in San Francisco, together with the staff of the diplomatic institution, participated in the #EmbroideredShirtDay flashmob, which took place in a crowded place near the ferry building.

Similar flashmobs are held at the headquarters of international technological corporations (Google, Facebook, etc.), as well as in places of compact residence of Ukrainians in the western region of the USA.
